Please do not include learner information or other sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

How we use, hold, and disclose information

We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. Enquiry submissions are handled and stored through Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider, and are available only to people who need them for this purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Netlify may process and store form submission data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and retain it only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or our legal and administrative obligations.

Access, correction, and complaints

To ask about the personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or make a privacy complaint, email hello@optimiserai.com.au. Please include enough detail for us to understand the request. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time.
